Admissions Process
We are now accepting applications
for the 2012-2013 school-year. You may call or email the Admissions Office to
schedule a personal tour of the campus and to learn more about our curriculum
and programs.
The
enrollment form may be downloaded and returned to the school.
Once
received, a teacher recommendation form is mailed by Grace Episcopal Day School
to the applicant’s current school. The individual completing the recommendation
must return this form directly to Grace Episcopal Day School.
Following
receipt of the enrollment form, students entering K through Eighth Grade will
visit the classroom to receive a firsthand experience of the school.
Enrollment Dates
February 15, 2012 Re-enrollment forms due to guarantee a spot
for current students
February 16, 2012 Enrollment
for siblings, Grace church members and families of alumni
February
23, 2012 Class openings are filled with qualified new applicants
that have completed the enrollment process including the forms and contract signed
by both parents. To guarantee the spot, a non-refundable enrollment fee must be
paid by the date within a week of notification.
Waiting Lists: In the event a grade is at capacity, the family will be
notified and the qualified applicant will be placed on the waiting list. When a
space is available you will be contacted.

State of Florida Health Form 3040
Current Immunization Record 680
Copy of child’s birth certificate or passport
