The Admissions Process 2017 - 2018


Thank you for your interest in applying to Grace Episcopal Day School.  We invite you to explore our website to learn more about our academic program that inspires learning, builds confidence and promotes a desire to succeed. Application Process for PK3 and PK4


• Submit the application form with a $50.00 non-refundable application fee
• Furnish the following:
• A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport
• State of Florida Health Form
• Current immunization record
These records must be on file before your child can be enrolled.

Application Process for K - 8th


• Submit the application form with a $50.00 non-refundable application fee
• Provide a copy of the student’s report cards and standardized test results for the last 2 years
• Sign the release for the current teacher to complete Teacher Recommendation for
• Furnish the following:
• A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport
• State of Florida Health Form
• Current immunization record
These records must be on file before your child can be enrolled.


After receiving the application form and the $50.00 non-refundable application fee, we will schedule assessments and school visits for K - 8th grade. Students will visit the classroom and an evaluation will be administered. 

Class openings are filled with qualified new applicants that have completed the enrollment process including the forms and contract signed by both parents.

Enrollment begins January 20, 2017

Waiting Lists


In the event a class is at capacity, the family will be notified and the qualified applicant will be placed on the waiting list.  When space is available, you will be contacted.
