What is The Grace Fund?

The Grace Fund is the foundation of fundraising efforts at GEDS. Because tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of a GEDS education, your generous donation ensures that we maintain the "margin of excellence" that makes GEDS so unique.

Your gift will help with faculty support and professional development, academic enhancements, upgrading technology, campus improvements, and the ability to provide financial assistance to those in need. Last year, The Grace Fund provided hands-on math manipulatives for our classrooms, improved science equipment, and allowed us to purchase a Student Response System, which enables students to utilize technology in class discussions and lectures. Fresh carpet was installed in our Kindergarten and 3 year old classrooms, and we provided numerous professional development opportunities for our staff.

$80,000 with participation from parents, grandparents, faculty & staff, trustees, alumni, friends of GEDS and the Grace Episcopal Church vestry.

Each year, 100% of our Board of Trustees, faculty and staff and Grace Episcopal Church vestry, make a gift to the Grace Fund because of their strong belief in the mission of GEDS and their commitment to the school. In addition to enriching the curriculum, programming and facilities, strong participation increases our position to procure grant funding.
